About Us
McErlain’s is a multi-generational wholesale home bakery based in Mid Ulster. Continuing the family legacy established in 1968 by their parents Joe and Roberta; Master Bakers John and Seamus, oversee the handed down recipes alongside John’s son Peter, who, together with Sales Manager Paul McErlain, continue to keep the sought after McErlain’s Bakery taste and tradition thriving and freshly available to customers daily.

Our products are made and delivered daily using the best locally sourced ingredients. McErlain’s Bakery offer a wide variety of tasty home baked treats and breads. Our range of goods include our famous soda farls and unbeaten wheaten loaves with a large selection of freshly baked treats to suit all tastes and ages.
Fresh Bread & Rolls
Using time honoured techniques and the family’s special flour mix, we offer an artisan bread range which includes: Wheaten Loaves, Soda Farls, Pancakes, Potato Bread, Soft Baps, Finger Rolls, Crusty Bread, Hot Cross Buns, Scones and Barnbrack.
Cakes
Perfect for celebrations, get togethers with friends and colleagues, or simply a little afternoon treat, there are cakes galore to enjoy. Popular offerings include Chocolate Cake, Boiled Cake, Pavlova, Luxury Swiss Rolls, Coffee Sandwiches, Cherry Cake, Jam and Cream or Coconut Sponge.
